Disqualification Of Chairperson And Member
Any of the following persons shall not be eligible to be appointed to the office of Chairperson or member, as the case may be:-
(a) One who is an officer-bearer of a political party,
(b) A person involved in securities business,
(c) One who is adjudicated as an insolvent,
(d) One who is insane,
(e) One who has been convicted by the court of an offense involving moral turpitude.
